A Peculiarity About Mitt Romney’s Site

Iraq is perhaps the most important issue in the ’08 election, discussed at length in every single debate. Yet go to MittRomney.com, and there is no easily at-hand information on the issue. The website has a whole section entitled “Issue Watch”, a place where one might expect to find information on Romney’s vision for Iraq. However, Iraq is not a single one of the eleven issues listed. There’s “Defeating the Jihadists”, but that focuses more on Iran and doesn’t mention Iraq a single time.

Romney does have information about his beliefs on Iraq, but they’re in press releases or speeches which take time to browse through. On such an important issue, why not have an accessible link?

Update: No response yet from the Romney campaign.
